Data sources and licences
We only use data whose terms allow publication on a public website, and we name every source.

Why no price charts
End-of-day prices from commercial data vendors may not be shown on public websites without a display licence, and the free tiers of all vendors we reviewed exclude public or commercial display. IEX historical data is free to redistribute, so we use it for the reference price and the market value. A licensed end-of-day feed would allow official closing prices and price charts; that is an open decision.
Why no analyst consensus
Analyst ratings, price targets and earnings estimates are licensed data. We do not republish them. Each company page links to public pages where the consensus can be viewed.
Management statements
Quotes come from the companies' own earnings releases filed with the SEC (Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1). They are short, verbatim and attributed, with the filing date and a link to the source document.
Corrections
If you find an error, please write to impressum@nyxai.com. Because every figure is generated from its source, corrections are made in the method or data mapping and apply to all companies.
