What is published

For each covered company, valuation.digital publishes a model value (an estimate of intrinsic equity value per share from a discounted cash flow model), the market-implied growth rate and the underlying inputs. Model values may be read as information about the value of financial instruments and are therefore treated as investment recommendations within the meaning of MAR. They are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold, not price targets, and they have no investment horizon.

How it is produced

All values (the price-implied growth and margin, and a base-case model value with a bear–bull range) are generated automatically, every trading day, with the same published methodology for every company. There is no manual selection or adjustment of individual valuations. Facts, market data, assumptions and model outputs are labelled separately on every page; the date and time of the data used and of the calculation are stated in each page's disclosure block. The main risk of the method is its sensitivity to the cost of capital and long-term growth; each page shows a sensitivity table.

Conflicts of interest

NyxAI GmbH receives no payment from the companies covered for these pages, and the companies have no influence on content or results.

Holdings (as of 25 September 2026): neither NyxAI GmbH (producer), nor its affiliated companies, nor the responsible person hold positions in any of the issuers covered on this site. Declared positions are kept in a registry that is checked automatically on every build: if an issuer in which such a position exists is ever covered, its page shows the disclosure, and the build fails if it does not.
